Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in your order’s shipment, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard UK Shipping (3-5 business days): £4.99
Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control (e.g., customs delays for international orders).
Local Pickup
We do not currently offer local pickup options.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival at your destination country. Paper Reindeer is not responsible for these additional charges. Customs policies vary widely, so please check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
Paper Reindeer is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
