Refund policy
At Paper Reindeer, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If for any reason you need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item or a replacement.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Personal care items (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the correct item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Please be aware that we do not offer cash refunds. Instead, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, which you can use for future purchases on our website. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used on our website.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without the need for justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
